We had a fantastic stay at Dona Amelia Hotel By Ridan Hotels in Fatima. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Sanctuary and in a pleasant, quiet area. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay. We were even personally escorted to the bus station by the owners when our taxi didn't show up. The dinner at the hotel was the best we've had in our travels across Europe. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Despite a minor issue with the outdated TV and a bit of a musty smell in the hallways, we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. a wonderful experience.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. the room was spotless! I was impressed with how clean and spacious it was. the breakfast selection was vast and included fresh and delicious food. The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions of the town, making it easy to explore and sightsee. Lastly, the staff were friendly and easy to talk to.
There were a couple of minor things that could have been better. For starters, the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

The value for money at this hotel is impressive. The prices are reasonable and affordable compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with spacious and comfortable beds that can accommodate a family of four. The basic amenities provided are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also ideal for tourists, being within a short walk of the shrine and other attractions.
Some areas of the hotel could use renovation to update the dated decor and improve the overall appearance.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating during our Christmas stay. the hotel was also conveniently located near the main attractions and shopping areas. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to choose from.
Our only minor complaint was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, which made it difficult to keep our towels and clothes organized. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

We initially booked at Dona Amelia Hotel, but due to parking issues, we were redirected to their sister hotel, Azinheira Hotel. the location was even closer to the sanctuary, about an 8-minute walk. the hotel was clean, had a restaurant with free breakfast, free wifi, and helpful staff. They even assisted us with loading our luggage upon departure. Highly recommended!
Could not be improved in any way. 👍.
